Saturday and Sunday September 20th and 21st

Stroll and mingle throughout the weekend sampling from over 100 Perth County farmers, food artisans and retailers, set with local artists and an all-day outdoor concert over a warm Indian summer weekend. Indian summer happens after the first frost in late October or early November but you probably didn’t want us to point that out…

• Start the day bright and early at the Farmers Market set along the banks of the Avon River, from 7am until Noon. Learn about sustainable urban gardens, sample locally made foods and visit artists with locally crafted goods.
• Enjoy the afternoon grazing a BBQ exclusively serving Perth County products - Berkshire ribs, bison burgers, grilled halloumi cheese, local sausages and pulled pork on a bun. Visit our craft brews and Ontario wines. Vote for your favourite Perth County dish!
• Take the kids and spend some time in the Kids’ Foodies and Farm area with activities for the family including food crafts and cooking lessons with Chef Denis Cotter!
• The afternoon continues well into the evening with outdoor concerts, featuring hot up-and-coming talent from Perth County – with over 25 local artists and musicians; from local indie bands to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival actors to the Stratford Concert Band, you’ll hear jazz, rock, country and pop!
